you can only copy contacts, not ringtones or pictures or anything. you put the sim card in old phone, go to your contacts, find the option where it says copy to sim card. dont keep duplicates, then put the sim card in new phone, do the same thing, but find "copy from sim to phone"...How can you transfer SIM card data?
open the phonebook and you will find an option to copy. Select copy and select copy from sim to phone memory. The option will be the same in most of the phones and in some phones just a slight twist in the words
