My mum recently got the new iPhone 4 but it doesn't have her contacts and old text messages etc. She previously had the nokia express music and the sim card was tmobile. You can do with your itunes for it you have to put them on your itunes, but may be, your iphone allows installing third party software then you may download iSIM software. This will allows you to batch copy all your phone numbers to the iphone without PC
For Import contacts from another phone's SIM, follow below instructions
1- Go to Setting in your iphone
2 -Select Tab "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3 - Select Tab "Import SIM Contacts."
4- Scroll down to find the Import SIM Contacts command.
Just pop out the current SIM card and put in another SIM card (use a paper clip to open the holder) and follow the steps. Takes about 30 seconds. Good Luck.
